Patient Appreciation Days! This Wednesday & Thursday!

This is it! The final few days before the big party!

This Wednesday, November 17th is the day for all of our patients to come in for their free adjustments!  We'll have lots of food, raffles for $100's of dollars worth of great stuff, and lots of people who will be smiling- just like YOU!

Then, this Thursday, November 18th is for all of your friends, family, and co-workers for their FREE FIRST VISIT!  We will be giving away consultations, exams, and digital X-rays!

WHY??

Because since 1996, you have helped us become the #1 source for Chiropractic and natural healing in the Northwest Valley!  Thank you so much- we appreciate you all so much, and this is YOUR party!

Call us today to ensure that your spot is saved.  There are only so many spots available in a day, and trust me, we are getting packed!  There are a few spots open, so call now.  I wouldn't wait.  I've seen the appointment book, and it looks like its going to be a fun day!!

Please, remember to bring in 3-5 non-perishable food items that we will in turn be donating to Phoenix Rescue Mission.  Thanks for caring for the less fortunate this season.

We'll see you this week!!  623-512-4040

Patient Appreciation Days! (November 17th & 18th)

Get Ready For The Party!
We are celebrating another year in practice! Since 1997 you have helped us bring natural health to you, your family, your friends, & your co-workers!

On Wednesday, November 17th & Thursday, November 18th, we will be giving away TONS of care!  All adjustments will be at no charge to you!  Here is what it involves:

Wednesday 11/17:  Free Care for Existing Patients!
  • Lots of food (catered by Santisi Brothers!)
  • Lots of raffles (Supplements, gift certificates, Massages, Exercise balls, & more)
  • The Grand Prize, a $100 gift certificate to Flemings Prime Steakhouse!

If you like a really good quality steak, then Fleming's is IT!  I rarely eat red meat, but when I do, I want it to be great.  Fleming's is the best!

Thursday, 11/18: Free First Visit for New Patients!
  • All NEW patients (such as family & friends you invite) will receive consultation, exam, and X-ray at no cost to them to see if chiropractic care can benefit them as well!!
  • Free scoliosis screening for children 14 and under at no cost.
What's the catch?
Canned Food is the only thing we are asking for.  Please bring in 3-5 cans of non-perishable food items.  At the end of the event, I'll bring them all downtown to the Phoenix Rescue Mission where you will have fed the less-fortunate folks down there.  This is a tough time for them, and your donation is very important.  Thanks!

On these days Dr. Diane and I remember that if wasn't for you and the results you have received, and the good things you say about us, we wouldn't be as successful as we are in helping people in our community.

Call and schedule your appointment for yourself and friends at 623-512-4040.  Don't delay- there's only so much time in a day, so appointments are limited!  And seriously, the open slots are going to fill up quickly.  It is going to be an awesome day!

Tell your friends and family to save the dates & come on down to enjoy the fun!

Got Anxiety or Depression? Try This!

When you feel anxious or depressed, quite often the LAST thing you want to do is exercise, but that may just be the thing that you are missing!

Exercise helps prevent and improve many health conditions, including diabetes, arthritis, and high blood pressure.

So just HOW does exercise help depression?
  • It increases your body temperature, which has a calming effect.
  • Releases Endorphins and Neurotransmitters that are like 'Feel Good' chemicals!
  • Changes the way you view your life.  When you get in to a different routine, frequently your ideas change and the way you process information changes.  This can result in a lot of clarity for you!
What SHOULD I do for exercise?

Well, thats up to you!  We recommend 20-30 minutes of elevated heart rate for 3-5 days per week.  Walking, hiking, riding a bike, taking the stairs instead of the elevator are some basic ideas.  You don't need to be a pro, just get out there and start with something basic.  You don't want to over-do it to quickly.  Feel free to ask Dr. Diane or myself more specific questions regarding your particular situation.

So, get out there and move that body! Go make it a great day!
